By accessing or using Clear Fracture's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services. References to “Clear Fracture”, “we”, “us”, or “our” mean Clear Fracture, Inc.

2. Description of Services

Clear Fracture provides agentic data orchestration platforms, including our flagship product Belvedere, that enable users to design, build, and manage data pipelines using natural language interfaces and automated orchestration.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the services for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the services
  • Transmit malicious code or content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringe on the rights of others

5. Intellectual Property

The services and all content, features, and functionality are owned by Clear Fracture, Inc. and are protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and content that you submit to the services.

6. Data Processing

We process your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Payment Terms

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You are responsible for all applicable taxes. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Clear Fracture, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Clear Fracture, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any material changes by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notifying you via email.
