Nancy Dillman

Nancy began her career in government service as an Operations Officer at the Central Intelligence Agency before leaving to become CEO of Rsignia, where she scaled open-source collection and digital-footprint analysis capabilities, ultimately leading to the company’s acquisition by FedData Holdings. She went on to lead Discovery Solutions and later became President of Federal Data Systems (FDS), where she orchestrated its spin-off into Clear Fracture. Her passion remains creating seamless AI and machine-learning solutions for specialized federal missions.

Gavin Allison

Gavin has over 10 years of experience in the Department of Defense and Intelligence Community. Previously a Marine Corps Communicator supporting international diplomacy, he transitioned to Project and Program Management at Federal Data Systems. Gavin then served as Director of Operations and Product Manager for their flagship software, Revelare™, and led data collection efforts.

Brian Frutchey

Brian has over 25 years of experience in the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense, specializing in emerging technologies like machine learning and distributed processing. Before joining Clear Fracture, he was the U.S. DOD Chief Digital and AI Office’s Technical Lead for Europe, CTO of BigBear.ai, and held key roles at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and U.S. European Command. He also served as Director of Endeca Technology’s Public Sector and was an Army Signal Corps officer.

Chris Morris

Chris is a senior engineering leader with more than a decade of experience directing multidisciplinary teams in machine learning, computer vision, and autonomous systems. Before joining Clear Fracture, he led large-scale AI and data engineering initiatives at Saab, BigBear.ai, and Jacobs, delivering mission-critical capabilities for organizations including DARPA, AFRL, NGA, California Air National Guard, and the US Navy. Chris holds a PhD in Physics and has authored more than 15 peer-reviewed research publications. His work bridges cutting-edge research with real-world deployment to advance the next generation of intelligent systems.

Stephen Mallory

Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the intelligence community and Department of Defense. A prior U.S. Naval foreign language analyst, Stephen has since specialized in counterintelligence, counterterrorism, and cyber analysis with a focus on critical technologies and cyber damage assessment. He has served as a subject matter expert for the Committee on Foreign Investment in the United States on technology threats and supply chain risks and worked as a cyber threat analyst for the DoD Defense Industrial Base Damage Assessment Management Office.

John Mackay

John is an entrepreneur with over 30 years of enterprise software federal sales experience.  His extensive network comes from opening new sales territories across the federal agencies, evangelizing emerging technology, and closing strategic business.  Accomplished selling a broad range of technology solutions including search, business intelligence, cyber security, digital forensics, analysis, RPA, data acceleration, Artificial Intelligence,  secure communications, and more.  John and Brian worked together at Endeca for nearly a decade before the company was successfully sold to Oracle.  In 2011 they founded Cloud Front Group and focused on selling emerging In-Q-Tel vendor software thru Carahsoft.  Delivering ‘last mile selling’ for companies with little or no Washington DC presence or experience.

Dave Pitts

Dave is a former senior national security executive and veteran with over four decades of experience in intelligence operations, counterterrorism, technology integration, and global affairs. He is a former Assistant Director of CIA for South and Central Asia and has held senior positions within CIA in Washington and in the field, including in the war zones. Dave has a proven track record of leading large teams, building partnerships across the U.S. government and with allies, and delivering results in high-pressure situations. Dave is a Cipher Brief expert and frequently writes and comments on global terrorism, Afghanistan, great power competition, the gray zone, and emerging global issues. He is a collaborative leader, critical thinker, and trusted advisor.

Jeff Goldstein

Jeff has 25 years of experience as an investor and operating executive in technology and marketing businesses. He is currently a partner at Breakwater Management, a private equity firm focused on tech, media, and marketing investments. Previously, he led and exited several prominent companies, including PriceGrabber and United Online. Earlier in his career, he worked at IAC and Lehman Brothers. Jeff lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three children.

Ryan Lewis

Ryan Lewis is the CEO of Rancher Government Solutions, a leading provider of secure Kubernetes and container software to US public sector organizations.   Prior to Rancher, he has held leadership positions working at the intersection of emerging technology and national security including SRI Ventures, AWS, and In-Q-Tel. He serves as an advisory board member or an independent board member to several startups and technology companies. He is also a Research Associate at University of Maryland School of Public Policy and a Digital Tech Mentor for New York University’s Endless Frontier Labs.
